TECHNOLOGY
ULTRESEC© Architecture
(Ultra-Resilient Secure Architecture)
The ULTRESEC© Architecture is the foundation on which all
VistaPlex® products are built. Compared to DVRs built on the MS Windows Operating System architecture, ULTRESEC© architecture offers
VistaPlex® products' unparalleled performance and reliability.
SECURITYThe engineers at
ICT designed the VistaPlex®
DVRS to be secure, stable
and independent by incorporating a state of the art embedded
technology which is ultra resilient and utterly isolated. The VistaPlex® proprietary operating system is so protected
it can be installed outside the firewall of a network without fear
of invasion by viruses, worms or hackers. Each VistaPlex®
DVRS is custom configured for the most efficient and effective
results for the user.
FUNCTIONALITY
Up to 16 cameras can be connected to
VistaPlex® with video captured at 320 x 240 &
optional 640 x 480 resolution and compressed to a user defined compression ratio. Users
can view video in multiple configurations with graphical indicators
alerting the operator to motion events and record status.
SIMPLICITY
Straightforward, user friendly
documentation makes for a painless installation and operation.
Simply attach cameras and a network cable, press the power button,
and the VistaPlex® unit is ready to begin
setup and recording. Once installed, administration and management
of VistaPlex® DVRS can be done from any remote
browser having internet access and requires no special downloads.
REMOTE ACCESS
Each VistaPlex® DVRS can be connected to up
to 16 cameras with video captured at a resolution of up to 320 x 240
&
optional 640 x 480 and compressed to a user defined compression ratio. Any
(administrator approved) user can view video through multiple
configurations. Graphic indicators alert the operator to motion
events and record status. Camera views can be displayed in a
multitude of layouts which can be changed with the click of a mouse.
SECURE USER LEVELS
The administrator controls user rights and permissions thus maintaining full control over how any user can interact with the
VistaPlex® system. This can limit each user’s authorization to access and
control specific camera functions such as live view, play
back, download, configuration, etc.
DFR
(Dynamic Frame Rate Allocation)
Dynamic Frame Rate Allocation (DFR) decreases the overall resource load of the Digital CCTV Surveillance System including client PC, and DVR CPU loads, as well as the Network resource load. DFR achieves this level of resource management by reducing the frame rate of cameras that are not currently detecting motion events which results in an overall performance gain in your CCTV surveillance system.
Key Benefits
- Higher performance for the Client PC while viewing multiple cameras/video windows.
- Lower network utilization: more Client PC's can view cameras with less risk of interfering with other network operations.
- Higher camera frame rates are achievable when motion detection occurs.
