If you are trying to access a VistaPlex®
system and are not seeing any video in the
video screen. It is possible that your JAVA is not enabled in
your browser or you need to install a JAVA application on your
PC. If you have installed the Java tool and still
do not see any video contact you system administrator or the
authorized
installing
VistaPlex® Dealer to see if the
appropriate ports are open on your network.

This process downloads an
IFTW (Install From The Web) executable program file
(e.g., jre-6ux-windows-i586-iftw.exe, appx. 361 Kb
size) and requires minimum user intervention. When
you run this program, it fetches all the required
files from the web. Hence you must remain connected
to the Internet during the installation.
Note: x in jre-6ux-windows-i586-iftw.exe
should be replaced with the relevant update number,
For example, jre-6u3-windows-i586-iftw.exe
